CBIC has extended the due date for filing of GSTR-3B (November, 2023) upto 27th December, 2023 in the case of taxpayers registered in the Chennai, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu and Kancheepuram districts of Tamilnadu.
CBIC Central Tax Notification 55/2023 dated 20/12/2023: GSTR-3B (Nov’23) Deadline Extended for 4 Tamilnadu Districts (Chennai, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu and Kancheepuram)
This notification provides an extension in timeline for filing GSTR-3B return for the month of November 2023 till 27th December 2023 for those registered persons in specified districts of Tamil Nadu, who are required to furnish the said return under section 39(1) read with rule 61(1)(i) of CGST Rules 2017.
