Government Extends Deadline for “Aadhaar and Voter ID Linking”

The Indian Government has extended the deadline for “linking Aadhaar (UID) and Voter ID (Election Card)” by one year from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. This means that Indian citizens now have until March 31, 2024 to link their Aadhaar and Voter ID.
