GSTN has notified the taxpayers about the launching of enhanced version of GST portal on 3rd May 2024. The goal is to enhance user experience, making sure that necessary information can be found easily and navigation becomes more straightforward.
As per GSTN update, the Key Enhancements Include:
1. News and Updates Section: GSTN has included a new tab for all news and updates. This section now contains a beta search functionality, module wise drop downs and archived advisories from 2017 onwards.
2. User Interface Enhancements: The homepage of the GST protal has seen some minor adjustments for better use and visual aspects, primarily focusing on making it user-friendly.
3. Website Policy: GST portal’s website policy has been updated and includes data archival policy. Details of web managers are also included.
The planned time to activate these changes is at twelve o’clock in the night on 3rd of May, year 2024. A screenshot showing some upcoming alterations is included with this advice. GSTN will provide ongoing updates about the actualization of these alterations.
