CBIC has notified the monthly/ quarterly GSTR-1 due dates for the period July 2018 to March 2019, i.e. for the months of July, August, September, October, November, December 2018, January, February and March 2019. The due date for filing monthly GSTR-1 shall be 11th of the following month, whereas for the quarters July-September 2018, October-December 2018 and January-March 2019 the due date for filing quarterly GSTR-1 shall be 31/10/2018, 31/01/2019 and 30/04/2019, respectively.

CBIC has revised/ notified the deadline for filing of monthly GST Returns, i.e. GSTR-1 due dates, by taxpayers having aggregate turnover above Rs. 1.5 crores in the preceding/ current financial year, from 10th of the following month to 11th of the following month in respect of the period July 2018 to March 2019, as under:

CBIC has notified the deadline for filing of quarterly GST Returns, i.e. GSTR-1 due dates, by taxpayers having aggregate turnover upto Rs. 1.5 crores in the preceding/ current financial year, in respect of the period July 2018 to March 2019, as under:

In short, during July 2018 to March 2019, the quarterly/ monthly GSTR-1 is to be filed within a month/ 11 days after the end of the respective quarter/ month.
