The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has further extended the deadline for submission of electronic forms DIR-3-KYC and DIR-3-KYC-WEB without payment of any additional fees, considering the representations from the concerned stakeholders. Now these forms can be filed without payment of late fees until 31st October 2025, as per General Circular 5/2025 dated 15/10/2025. This deadline was earlier extended by the MCA from 30th September 2025 to 15th October 2025 in respect of financial year 2024-25, as per General Circular 4/2025 dated 29/09/2025.
